All new products supplied by Northern Trader come with a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated

Shipping and handling
Northern Trader sends all goods by courier or recorded delivery post and will need to be signed for.
Damage in delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods and advise Northern Trader of any shortage of goods delivered or any damage caused during transit within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Northern Trader will not accept any liability in respect of any shortage or damage if no such notice is received within the time specified.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 24 hours of your receipt of the goods, and return them within 14 days from delivery, we will give a full refund.
Cost of returning the goods is at your own expense,
We will exchange items if they are faulty , this will be done quickly along with a refund of postage,any item that is faulty must be returned before we will send out a replacement.
